Overdraft Privilege 

  Overdraft privilege may be extended as a non-contractual courtesy for inadvertent overdrafts on some checking accounts; the bank does not encourage routine or intentional overdraft. NSF/Overdraft fee imposed on each overdrawn item paid and is included in overdraft limit. Overdraft fees may be imposed on :checks, ATM withdrawals, debit card transactions, preauthorized automatic debits, telephone initiated or other electronic transfers, or other withdrawal requests. Account balance must be made positive within 30 days. The Bank may elect not to cover an overdraft if: (1) there are repeated overdrafts; (2) a positive balance is not obtained within the designated time frame.   Some restrictions do apply.
